Perishable Product Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our beef products, we are unable to accept returns. However, we stand behind the quality of our product. If you receive an order that is incorrect, damaged, or does not meet our standards, we’re here to make it right.
Reporting Issues
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include the following in your email to info@amanafarmsbeef.com:

- Description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
Refunds and Replacements
Upon review of your claim, we may offer:

Shipping Delays

Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be canceled or changed within 2 hours of placement. However, due to the shipping schedule for perishable items, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing begins.
